SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
I buy seafood on sale and freeze. When I have the ingredients I cook the casserole and re-freeze in individual servings and reheat in microwave. 1 lb. scallops (cut up lg. ones) 1 can frozen lobster 1 box frozen crab meat (opt.) 1 stick butter 1 lemon "4C" redi bread crumbs

Drain and wash frozen shrimp, lobster to remove preservatives. Saute scallops in butter until white, add lemon pieces and stir. Add remainder of seafood and heat. Add "4C" Redi crumbs until butter and lemon pieces are absorbed. Serve with Caesar Salad.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
