SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. white sauce
1 c. milk, less if sauce is thin
4 c. cooked ring noodles or 4 c. cooked rice
2 c. shrimp, diced
2 c. lobster, shredded
2 c. crabmeat, shredded
4 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 c. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 can button mushrooms
Bread crumbs, buttered and seasoned

Add milk to white sauce and heat. Combine all ingredients and add to white sauce. Pour into a greased casserole and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.
