SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
5-6 c. cooked rice
2 lb. crab or shrimp
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. green onions
2 cans sliced mushrooms
Shredded cheese

Mix all together and place in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
