SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 c. long grain white rice
1/2 lb. tiny pacific shrimp
1/2 lb. crab
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together above ingredients. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and top with Parmesan cheese. Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
