SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. wild rice mixture (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1 lb. crabmeat
3 lb. shrimp
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. green pepper
1 c. celery
2 oz. jar Penetoe pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seafood seasoning

Cook rice as directed. Saute onion, pepper and celery. Mix rice, onion, pepper, celery soup, shrimp and crab all together. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Makes two 8x10 inch pans full.
