SEA LEGS CASSEROLE | |
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sherry (opt.) 1/2 c. milk 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. boneless lobster, crab or seal legs 3 c. packaged seasoned croutons 2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained & sliced 1/2 c. minced green onions 1 c. grated cheddar cheese Mix soup and mayonnaise and sherry. Stir in milk. Combine with remaining ingredients, except cheese. Turn into 3 quart baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, if it has been refrigerated ahead, or 40 minutes, if not refrigerated. |
