SEVEN SEAS CASSEROLE 
1/4 onion, diced
1 1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 tin cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. milk or water
1 tin shrimp
1 pkg. frozen peas
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice

Place all of above in casserole dish. Mix well and top with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
