BRUNCH SANDWICHES 
16 slices bread, crusts removed
8 slices boiled ham
8 slices Old English cheese (Kraft)
7 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. milk
3 c. crushed Corn Flakes
1 stick butter, melted

Arrange 8 bread slices in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Add slices of cheese, add slices of ham, cover with rest of bread. Mix eggs, milk and mustard; pour over sandwiches. Refrigerate all day or overnight. Before baking sprinkle with Corn Flakes and pour butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let set for 15 minutes before serving.
