GINGERBREAD SAUCE 
3/4 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Mix all ingredients together in double boiler. Cook until the sauce is thick and creamy. Split gingerbread piece in half; like a hamburg bun. Put sauce on first layer; put on gingerbread top and again put on sauce. Can be microwaved 4 minutes in total - at 30 second intervals; stir between each.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
