1 yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs

Mix cake, butter and egg. Put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix up topping and pour over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
