White cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil

FILLING:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips
Nuts (opt.)

Mix together the mix, eggs and oil. Put half in greased 9"x13" cake pan. Melt together the milk, butter, chips and nuts for filling. Pour on top of crust. Put remaining dough on top of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
