24 HOUR COLE SLAW 
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. turmeric

1/2 green pepper 1/2 red pepper or pimento 1 lg. head cabbage

Chop very fine cabbage, onion and peppers.

Dissolve sugar in hot vinegar. Add spices. Boil 5 minutes. Pour hot dressing over chopped vegetables. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Drain before serving.
