MUSHROOM CAPS 
1/2 lb. mushrooms
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped fine
10 slices bacon
Cheddar cheese

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop. Cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Mix chopped mushrooms, bacon, onion and mayonnaise. Stuff mushrooms. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
