CRAB MUSHROOM CAPS 
1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 cans crab meat
1 c. grated cheddar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. minced garlic

Mix all but mushrooms. Break off stems of mushrooms. Fill hole with 1 teaspoon filling. Set on baking pan with filling side up. Bake at 250 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
