MUSHROOM CAPS DIABLO 
10 lg. mushroom caps, washed and de-stemmed
1 c. chopped crab meat
1 stalk diced celery
2 minced scallions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 jiggers hot sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients in bowl except Parmesan cheese and mushroom caps. Stuff mixture in mushroom caps and place stuffed mushrooms on oven proof dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes.
