CARAMEL BREAKFAST ROLLS 
2 (1 lb.) loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (5 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk or half and half
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Grease hands and pan before starting.

Cut 1 loaf into small pieces. Place dough pieces in greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Combine brown sugar, pudding, butter and milk; mix well. Drizzle 1/2 mixture over dough. Sprinkle with 1/2 of nuts and raisins. Cut remainder of dough into small pieces, place over 1st layer. Drizzle remainder of mixture, sprinkle with raisins and nuts. Cover and refrigerate overnight or several hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Excellent for house guests. NOTE: You may add cherries and crushed pineapple.
