CARAMEL ROLLS 
1 frozen loaf Rhodes sweet dough mix (or any bread dough)
1 (4 serving size) pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup pecans, pieces

Butter generously a Bundt pan. Sprinkle pecan pieces around the bottom of pan. Slice the sweet dough loaf into 10 to 12 pieces. Lay over the pecans. Sprinkle the pudding and brown sugar over the rolls. Pour the melted butter over this. Let rise overnight in warm place. Lightly cover with a towel.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, or until brown. Invert pan after 10 minutes.

Serves 8.

Super easy and super good. Thought the butter might be too much, but it was not. I made mine in a regular tube pan and slicing dough into 8 pieces was a perfect fit. Will definitely be making this again - and again!
