CARAMEL ROLLS | |
1 (32 oz.) or 2 logs Rhodes frozen bread, whole wheat or white 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. brown sugar 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. regular vanilla pudding Pecans (optional) Grease pan, thaw bread NOT COMPLETELY and slice 1/2 inch thick. Place these slices on the bottom of pan. Combine in a bowl, butter, sugar, milk, cinnamon and pudding. Mix well and pour over rolls. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Add pecans, if desired. Turn upside down to cool, putting extra topping on rolls. Cool a little, then separate rolls. Recipe has been adjusted for a glass baking dish. |
