LEMON BISQUE 
Lg. can Pet milk (chilled all night)
1 pkg. (sm.) lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. sugar
Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon

Prepare lemon Jello with water, sugar and lemon. Let thicken, whip well thickened Jello.

Whip well chilled can milk. Fold Jello and milk together. Line large glass cake pan (9 x 11) with crushed graham crackers. Pour in mixture. Sprinkle some crushed crackers on top. Chill for 4 or 5 hours or all night.
