OVERNIGHT EGG BRUNCH 
10 slices bread
1 lb. ham, bacon or sausage, cooked
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1 tsp. garlic salt (optional)

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Tear up bread into pieces and place in pan. Sprinkle on cheese and meat. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings desired together and pour over other layers. Melt 1/4 cup butter and drizzle over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. You can add onions, peppers, mushrooms or anything you wish before you pour over the egg mixture.
