PORK CHOPS WITH RICE 
3 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 tbsp. butter

Mix rice with 1 1/2 cups water. I use the juice from the mushrooms as part of the liquid. In baking dish lay pork chops in rice, top with soup and mushrooms. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. May want to cover the last half hour.
