CHICKEN DIVAN 
6-8 chicken breasts
Bunch of broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Cheddar cheese
1/2 soup can milk
4-6 slices buttered toast, cut into cubes

Boil chicken gently with celery, onion, peppercorns, 1 bay leaf for 3 minutes. Cool slightly. Bone chicken. Cut in serving pieces. Steam broccoli until almost tender, cut in serving pieces. Layer chicken and broccoli in casserole dish. Mix soups and mayonnaise; add milk. Pour liquid over. Grate cheese on top after sprinkling toast cubes on top of chicken and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with rice (UNCLE BEN'S® wild and long grain rice). For extra zip: 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder can be added.
