SAUERKRAUT BALLS 
3 lb. ground ham
2 sticks butter
6 c. drained sauerkraut
1/2 c. beef broth (or bouillon)
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. minced onion
Garlic salt to taste (optional)

Mix above ingredients and shape into meatballs. Dip in 4 beaten eggs then Italian bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven until they hold their shape, or deep fry at 340 degrees.
