STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. crushed pretzels (one 9 oz bag) 3/4 c. melted butter 3 tsp. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen strawberries Mix pretzels, butter and 3 teaspoon sugar. Spread on bottom of 10x14 inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool until completely cold. Spread on top of pretzel crust mixture of cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar. Mix Jello, boiling water and strawberries. Cool 10 minutes and then pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate overnight for best results. |
