STRAWBERRY PRETZEL SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
6 oz. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
2 pkg. (10 oz.) strawberries, partially thawed

Melt butter. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and pretzels. Spread this crust in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip, and spread over cooled crust (be sure to seal). Mix strawberry Jello, hot water, and partially thawed strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Make the day ahead.
