STRAWBERRY MALLOW RUSSE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 sm. angel food cake, torn to pieces

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries until mixture thickens. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan lined with angel food pieces. Repeat in layers and chill.

Cherry Jello and cherry pie filling could be used instead of strawberry.
