CRANBERRY/APPLE PIE 
3 c. apples, sweet cooking (use Cortland or Mac, about 1 1/4 lbs.)
2 c. whole cranberries
1 1/3 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour

Peel and cut apples into chunks (slice and cut slices into pieces). Put it into a bowl and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to moisten dry ingredients. Pour everything into a crust lined 9 inch pie plate. Cover with another crust. Seal edges. Bake at 425 degrees in a preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Important to preheat oven!
