CRANBERRY APPLE PIE 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. peeled, sliced apples
2 c. cranberries (whole or chopped)
2 tbsp. butter
Pastry for 2 crusts

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the sugars, flour and cinnamon. Add the fruits and mix well. Pour into a crust in a pie pan. Add the butter, broken into pieces, over the top of the fruit. Cover with the second crust. Seal edges and cut slits in the top. Bake 40 minutes or until golden.
