REFRIED BEANS 
Cooked pinto beans (creamed in blender)
4 slices bacon
2 slices American cheese

Fry bacon, remove bacon, pour beans in grease. Mix well. Let fry slightly. When beans turn slightly darker, add cheese, blend in. Remove from skillet and crumble bacon to garnish. Serve on tostados with shredded lettuce and sliced tomato.
