CRISPY BAKED FISH 
1 lb. fish fillets (fresh or frozen and thawed)
2 tbsp. oil
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Pinch of pepper

Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season with pepper, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes without turning. Serves 4.
