CRISPY BAKED FISH | |
1 lb. fish fillets 1/4 tsp. salt Dash freshly ground pepper 2 tbsp. oil 1/3 c. cornflake crumbs Preheat oven to 550 degrees. Wash and dry fillets and cut into serving pieces. Season, dip in oil, and coat with cornflake crumbs. Arrange in a simple layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes without turning or bastin. 4 servings. Approximate cal. per serving 260. |
