CRISPY BAKED FISH NUGGETS | |
1 lb. fish fillets 1/4 tsp. salt Dash pepper 2 tbsp. oil 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Wash and dry fillets and cut into nugget size pieces. Season, dip in oil and coat with corn flake crumbs. Arrange in a single layer in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish. Bake 10 minutes without turning. |
