CRISPY FISH FILLETS 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed saltine crackers
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
3 fish fillets

Combine butter, paprika and salt in a bowl. Place cracker and potato chip crumbs on waxed paper. Dip fillets in butter mixture and then in crumbs, coating well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, then broil 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
