3 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1 med. onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. brown sugar
2 sticks butter

Combine hamburger, oatmeal, onion, milk and seasonings. Put into loaf pan.

Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan. Cook until butter melts. Put half of the sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours. Save half the sauce to serve later.
