EVERYDAY BUT SPECIAL MEATLOAF | |
1 3/4 lb. lean ground beef 1 heaping c. oatmeal (dry) 1 c. tomato juice 1/2 med. onion, chopped fine 2 eggs, beaten Salt and pepper to taste (Dash or seasoned pepper is a good substitute) Mix all together and bake in a dish of your choice usually, approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, depending on the depth of pan. |
