2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
10 Saltine crackers
2 slices toasted bread crumbs
1/2 to 1 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion
4 slices bacon

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl and shape into a loaf pan. Place bacon strips across top of loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
