GREEN BEAN WITH POPPY SEED
BUTTER
 
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. green beans, cooked until tender

Cook poppy seeds in butter until the butter is golden. Add lemon juice, pepper, sugar, salt, and green beans; heat through. Serves 4 to 6 people.
