DOLLY'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 PAN:

1 stick butter (1/4 lb.) (2) (3) (4)
6 tbsp. sugar (12) (18) (24)
2 eggs, well beaten (4) (6) (8)
2 c. flour (2) (3) (4)

Cream butter, add sugar, then eggs. Stir in flour and baking powder. Mix well. Arrange crust with fingers in greased baking pan, 13"x9"x2".

Measurements in parenthesis are 2 pans, 3 pans and 4 pans.

FILLING:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (4) (6) (8)
1 1/2 c. sugar (less if desired)
6 tbsp. flour (12) (18) (24)
4 eggs, beaten (8) (12) (16)
3 c. milk (or 2 c. milk + 1 c. sour cream) (6, 4+2) (9, 6+3) (12, 8+4)
4 tbsp. lemon juice (or 3 tbsp. lemon juice + 1 tbsp. vanilla) (8, 6+2) (12, 9+3) (16, 12+4)

Cream sugar and cheese together. Add flour, then eggs, one at a time. Add milk and lemon juice. Mix well, then pour into crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon

To use pineapple or cherries, press or drain off juice before adding to cheese filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn oven off. Leave in oven for 15 minutes more. Remove from oven. Cool for 2 hours.
