SICILIAN SUPPER 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 c. egg noodles, cooked

Brown meat and drain. Add onion and cook until tender. Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper and simmer 5 minutes. Heat milk and cream cheese in a separate pan and blend well. Stir in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic salt and noodles into the milk and cream cheese mixture.

In casserole, alternate layers of noodle mixture with layers of meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
