SHRIMP AND RICE SALAD 
3 c. cooked Minute Premium Long Grain Rice
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Bird's Eye Green Peas, thawed and drained
1 lb. cooked med. shrimp
1 c. Kraft Light, Cholesterol Free, Reduced Calorie, Mayonnaise
1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

Mix together ingredients, until well blended; chill. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
