LEMON POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
8 eggs
1 tbsp. lemon extract
3 c. plain flour
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter, gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add flour to cream mixture and beat until well blended. Add lemon juice and lemon extract. Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
