DEER ROAST 
3 lb. deer roast
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. hot or sweet pepper, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. potatoes, diced
1 can whole tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt

In a roasting pan, bake meat at 375 degrees for 3 hours, then add other ingredients. Bake until vegetables are tender.
