Soak steak in vinegar all night. Drain and wash good. Salt and pepper and place in roaster. Cover with chopped onions and garlic. Place cut up potatoes around meat. Add a little water and Worcestershire sauce. Make a thick gravy and pour over roast. Cook for about 1 hour on low temperature.
