EGG CASSEROLE 
12 slices of bread (wheat, white, or mixed)
8 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. cooked Canadian bacon or sausage (sm. pieces)
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk

Layer 9x13 pan with 1/2 bread, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 bacon or sausage. Repeat for another layer. Mix eggs and milk together and pour over layers in pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 50-60 minutes at 325 degrees. Yield 6-8 large servings.
