1 lb. ground beef
4 tbsp. meat drippings
2 (#2) cans tomatoes
2 med. potatoes, chunked
1 chopped onion
2 lb. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. water

Brown meat, drain off excess fat. Add other ingredients and cook until tender.
