EASY VEGETABLE SOUP (Lo-Cal) | |
1 lb. ground turkey 1 can mixed vegetables 1 can green beans 1 can carrots 1 can stewed tomatoes 1/2 tsp. onion flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Season with Mrs. Dash to taste Beef bouillon flakes (1 tsp.) 1. Brown turkey in non-stick skillet (can use Pam spray). 2. Drain fat (there's not hardly any). 3. In large soup pot, add all ingredients. Let come to a boil then lower heat and simmer est. 15-20 minutes. |
