EASY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 med. potatoes, cubed
1 can tomato wedges
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp. chili powder
Dash celery salt (optional)
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. can tomato juice
1/4 to 1/2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in large pot or Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
