EASY VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. stew meat
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen mixed vegetables
4 stalks celery
3 potatoes
2 cans tomatoes or 4 c. tomato juice
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 onion or 1 tbsp. dehydrated

In heavy kettle or Dutch oven brown meat using a small amount of fat. Add tomatoes, onion and simmer 1 5minutes. Peel and cut up potato; add. Slice celery; add. Bring to boil. Cook about 15 minutes, then beat eggs. Add salt, then flour; mix well. With fingers break off small pieces and add to soup. When all have been added, cook about 10-15 minutes.
