TUNA-CARROT SALAD 
1 c. grated raw carrots
2 hard-cooked eggs
2 cans tuna or 2 c. cooked turkey or chicken
1 c. salad dressing
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. grated onion

Mix all ingredients well. Chill 1 hour or more. Just before serving, add 1 (#2 1/2) can potato sticks (about 2 to 3 c. shoestring potatoes).
