3 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 apple, chopped (with peel on)
1/2 c. celery seed dressing

CELERY SEED DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. grated onion
1 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. celery seed

For dressing: Mix sugar, mustard and salt. Blend in 2 tablespoons cider vinegar and grated onion. Gradually beat in oil. Stir in celery seed. (Can be mixed in blender.) Store in refrigerator.

Toss together cabbage and apple. Pour on dressing and toss lightly to coat evenly.
